Apostle Dwight Smith
Senior Pastor
Apostle Dwight A. Smith is a seasoned pastor, teacher, and spiritual leader with a deep passion to see lives transformed through the power of Jesus Christ. Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, he answered the call to salvation at an early age and was called into ministry at sixteen under the leadership of the late Bishop James I. Doswell.
A dedicated student of Scripture, Apostle Smith pursued theological training through the Maryland Baptist School of Religion and Virginia Theological Seminary and College. He later earned a Master of Theology in Pastoral Theology and a Doctor of Education in Theology and Biblical Counseling.
Throughout his ministry journey he has served in various leadership roles, including Dean of Zoe School of Ministry, Director of Education for Mark Excellence Christian Academy, and Pastor of Restoring Life Worship Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.
In 2017 he was installed as Senior Pastor of Victorious Life Ministries, and in 2020 he was consecrated to the sacred office of Bishop.
His ministry is centered on seeing lives restored, chains broken, and believers equipped to live victoriously through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Lady Linda Smith
First Lady
Lady Linda Smith is a devoted woman of faith, a committed intercessor, and a nurturing teacher who faithfully serves alongside her husband, Apostle Dwight Smith, as co-leaders of Victorious Life Ministries. Since their marriage in February 1976, Lady Linda and Apostle Smith have built a legacy rooted in love, faithfulness, and a deep commitment to the work of the Kingdom.
Together they are the proud parents of three adult sons and three beloved daughters-in-love, and the joyful grandparents of five grandchildren who bring tremendous blessing to their family.
For many years, Lady Linda has served as a faithful intercessor and teacher, offering spiritual support, wisdom, and encouragement to those within the ministry and beyond. Her life reflects a quiet strength and a deep devotion to prayer, discipleship, and nurturing others in their walk with Christ.
In this season, her heart is especially devoted to leading the Children’s Ministry at Victorious Life Ministries, where she passionately invests in the spiritual foundation of the next generation. She believes that teaching children the Word of God early in life plants seeds that will guide them throughout their journey.
One of her favorite scriptures captures this calling beautifully:
“Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.” (Proverbs 22:6)
Through her leadership, compassion, and unwavering faith, Lady Linda continues to help shape a ministry culture where families grow, children flourish, and lives are transformed by the love and truth of God.

Every thriving ministry requires both vision and stewardship. At Victorious Life Ministries, Dr. Damon Smith serves as Executive Pastor, helping to carry the vision forward by strengthening the systems, leadership, and ministry culture that support the work God is doing through the church.
Working alongside Senior Pastor Apostle Dwight A. Smith and Lady Linda Smith, he helps translate vision into action by aligning ministry teams, supporting church operations, and ensuring that the mission of Victorious Life Ministries is carried out with excellence, compassion, and faithfulness.
Dr. Smith is passionate about developing leaders and creating environments where people can grow spiritually, serve meaningfully, and encounter the transforming power of Christ.
